I’m coming on my 6th year anniversary with Cresthill Academy on June19th (also my birthday). I joined Cresthill because of their mission to provide the best environment for their children that includes the best in early education including a healthy environment supported with healthy organic meals. Being a wellbeing advocate for years in my own life practices (pescatarian for 35 years, eating clean and organically as much as possible, a continued active lifestyle all through sports and exercise) I know how important it is especially for young bodies and minds to have good nutrition to fuel their growth. Being able to prepare and provide delicious meals that are also healthy and convenient is a great pleasure. It always makes me feel accomplished when someone loves a meal or item I have created. I put pride in what I do and appreciate the skills that I have honed through my 38 years in the food and restaurant industry.
