PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Promotional Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers provided by Cresthill Academy. By enrolling under a promotional offer, families acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Promotional Offers
All promotional offers are applied in the form of tuition credits and do not constitute discounts to the published tuition rate. Promotional tuition credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other discounts, incentives, or promotional offers unless expressly authorized in writing by Cresthill Academy.
Any promotion advertised as a “free month” or an equivalent tuition benefit shall be distributed evenly over a twelve (12) consecutive month enrollment term, with each monthly tuition payment reduced by one-twelth (1/12) of the applicable monthly tuition rate.
2. Eligibility and Application
Promotions apply only to new enrollments completed during the applicable promotional period and only to children who begin attendance by the start date established by Cresthill Academy.
The one-month free tuition benefit applies per child and does not extend to siblings or future enrollments outside the promotional period. Reduced care schedules are not eligible for promotional tuition rates.
3. Enrollment and Schedule Requirements
Promotional benefits remain in effect only while the child:
● Remains continuously enrolled
● Maintains an account in good standing
● Remains in the same enrollment schedule
● Completes the promotional duration specified at enrollment
Any change from a full-time schedule to reduced care, or any schedule change that lowers tuition, will result in the immediate termination of the promotional benefit and will be treated as a disenrollment for promotional purposes.
Annual tuition increases apply to the base tuition rate, regardless of promotional participation.
4. Good Standing Requirement
Eligibility for promotional tuition rates requires continuous enrollment and an account in good standing, defined as:
● All tuition and fees paid in full and on time
● Full compliance with this Agreement and the Family Handbook
● Maintenance of the required deposit at the full amount at all times
Any late or missed payment will result in the immediate and automatic termination of all promotional tuition benefits, effective as of the payment due date.
5. Withdrawal, Termination, and Reconciliation
If a family initiates a withdrawal, reduces their schedule, or otherwise loses good standing before completing the promotional enrollment term, any unused portion of the promotional tuition credit is forfeited. Cresthill Academy reserves the right to reconcile promotional credits already applied against the family’s deposit. If the value of applied credits exceeds the deposit, the family agrees to remit the difference immediately upon invoicing. If Cresthill Academy terminates enrollment due to a family breach of this Agreement or school policies, the same reconciliation process applies. If Cresthill Academy terminates enrollment for reasons unrelated to family breach or policy violations, the family will retain all promotional credits applied through the child’s final day of attendance, with no further reconciliation.
6. Modification and Availability
All promotions are limited-time offers, subject to availability, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Cresthill Academy reserves the sole right to interpret, apply, modify, or terminate any promotional offer in accordance with school policy and applicable law.
